Security
Are your door or window locks old, broken, loose or sticking? We can adjust window locks and supply and fit new door or window locks, leaving your apartment looking like new and feeling secure! The range of available door locks includes mortice locks, deadlocks and night latches (Yale-style), as well as digital/fingerprint/camera locks.
Pest control
Here in Hurghada, we all know that mosquitoes can be a big problem at certain times of the year! Fly killing and body sprays work to a certain degree, but are not foolproof. To be sure of minimising the impact of these unwelcome guests, we recommend the installation of our made-to-measure Mosquito Blinds which fit snugly around the outside of your door and open and close with a concertina action. Structural alterations
Working closely with skilled local craftsmen, we are able to make small-scale structural alterations to your property. Examples of the work we've already carried out include combining balconies and knocking through between adjoining apartments, thereby significantly increasing the accomodation area.
